Lately, I’ve been indulging in birria from different restaurants, so I decided to try this spot today because it was affordable and arrived quickly. Let me tell you, the food didn’t last five minutes in my house before it was completely devoured! The authentic flavors were incredible, and I especially loved the structure of the birria tacos. They were packed with tender, flavorful meat and had the perfect balance of richness and seasoning. But the real star? The consommé—hands down the best I’ve ever had.
